Refunds & Returns Policy-
I am unable to accept returns due to the nature of the product being a food item.
If there is any issue with your order due to an error on our part we will of course do everything we can to rectify.
I am unable to offer refunds on items that arrive late due at the fault of the couriers. I operate a dispatch date system and if the order was sent on time by Carway’s Candy then any issues will need to be taken up with the selected courier.
Missing Orders Policy –
We use 2 agents for our posted items – Royal Mail and DHL.
If your item is sent with Royal Mail – Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until it is 10 working days over due. Therefore if any items sent 2nd Class have not arrived within 14 working days and 1st class 12 Working Days then we can class the item as lost and a replacement or refund will be issues.
If your item has been sent with DHL and the tracking information is incorrect them please feel free to contact DHL direct or send an email over to me and I can try to also contact them. Again if they report back the item has been lost we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
Allergens & Ingredients Lists –
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the product information provided, products and their ingredients may change. We advise that you make Carway’s Candy Aware of any allergens in the order notes at checkout to ensure that we can check the packaging for the most up to date ingredients.
